Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling incoming telephone inquiries, recording customer needs, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files.
  • Managing and coordinating daily administrative tasks, including document preparation and office organization.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence and communication.
  • Collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective communication and support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (Native English speakers are preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles and telephone customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially during increased business demands.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
